Problem with PlanPlus and BCM16 May 2007 15:50 GMT1
I have installed BCM onto my Outlook 2003 with PlanPlus installed. What a
headache that was, but after applying several updates, Outlook and PlanPlus
and BCM were operational. So I thought.
My problem is: Outlook crashes when attempting to edit a PlanPlus PowerNote.

Anydoby know how to create a new business contact from an existing Business
contact? Seems like it ought to be a defualt feature but I can't seem to find
it. This is needed when you have multiple contacts at the same business.

I have 13 users connected to a SBS2003 running BCM the problem I have
run into is the the marketing campaigns are created but the tracking
is not working, when you make a new opportunity or new contact the
campaigns do not show up in the source list. Do these have to be

I am helping a small organization (12 users) evaluate options to provide a
contact management capability.  They currently use Outlook 2003 on a Windows
XP pro platform.  They use a hosted Exchange service.  A few fundamental
