I have installed BCM onto my Outlook 2003 with PlanPlus installed. What a headache that was, but after applying several updates, Outlook and PlanPlus and BCM were operational. So I thought. My problem is: Outlook crashes when attempting to edit a PlanPlus PowerNote.

Anydoby know how to create a new business contact from an existing Business contact? Seems like it ought to be a defualt feature but I can't seem to find it. This is needed when you have multiple contacts at the same business. Thanks,
