I have a client that is using BCM , but they use a laptop in the office and
have remote access while they are away.  The problems we have are:
1) While they are not connected to the server the BCM isnt available
offline, so they have no access to the contacts etc.  At the moment ...

I tried to enter some hotmail addresses (used for MSN chat) into IM adress
field available in new BCM for Outlook 2007.
But this information is not saved when form is closed.
Is this field meant for something else?

The BCM contact record is missing the place holder for the picture like the
Outlook contact record has, and when I try to add an image into the notes
section, I get an error message.  Is there any way to include images int the
BCM contact record?

I want to install BCM remote database configuration on a SBS2003R2.  Office
Accounting Pro 2007 is already installed on the SBS server and running an
instance of MSSMLBIZ database.  Outlook 2007 is on the desktops, but BCM is
not installed.

Does anyone know how I could create a colorful HTML email using BCM Marketing
Campaigns or perhaps just for one off emails?
I know I can do this with my Dreamweaver software, but it's too time
consuming? Any ideas?

Can't send emails when in "name(email address)" format from BCM but can send
if just email address only. Can anyone assist?

I was wondering if there is somewhere a field to set if the contact is
male or female? I need this for the mailmerge salutations, which is
quite complicated in german.

in business contact manager, when I open an opportunity and click to new
communication item, I do not see new email; I only see new task, phone call,
appointment etc. Also when right click an opportunity, in the create list I
don't see new email and again I see new task etc. In ...

There is a problem with Microsoft's "notify me of replies" button.  When I
click the button, it fails.  How can you get help if the group mail is not

I have a set of categories set up on my main computer where my bcm
database is located. on a second computer my BCM contacts are sorted
by the categories from my main database. On the second machine the
categories are not availible.

the point is there's no way to make easy mass editing or mass replacement of
data in BCM.
E.g. long time ago a database of companies was imported to BCM from MS
Access database.

I'm trying to complete a marketing campaign using BCM 2007.  Each time I try
to launch a direct mail merge I get the message "Business Contact Manager for
Outlook could not complete your last action or actions.  Please try again."
