line in the "Inbox" folder to list the "actual incoming email address"

when i try to email a contact information to my colleague the customized
fields do not show up in the general view as they usually do.
Is there any solution to that? When i forward the data i especially want to
forward the added fields.

We evaluate the Business Contact Manager 2007, it does look and work not bad
but we have some big problems finding standard features. Maybe me look at the
wrong spot, we do hope someone could assist us to find a solution.
There are 2 things we try to figure out:
