I bought Office 2003 Pro specifically for BCM, which all reports and MS said contained it. It apparently does not, but comes as an add-in later, unless installed as OEM. Am I not entitled to it, and how do I get it from MS.

I have used the program on 2003 and now I am running 2007. It had been running fine, with special BCM contact features (i.e. contact history). But for some unknown reason, it is not running properly now... any tips to adjust the BCM contacts to display properly?

I have installed the WM5 BCM program that syncs up with my xp pro machine running outlook 2007 with BCM. It installed fine, and worked, but then on my WM5 device, I set it to sort the contacts by business rather than name.
