WHY OH WHY is it not possible to email a client regarding an opportunity directly from the opportunity window with the new history item button? WHY OH WHY can I not see the contact information of the client for which that opportunity exists directly in the opportunity window?

The real world requires me to first set up "business contacts" during the sales process before they become "customers" for the accounting department to bill, etc. My suggestion is that you include a check box to allow a user to make a BCM

Is this a bad idea? I'm not sure I'm ready to upgrade completely to Office 07 but I WANT BCM 07. Does anyone have successful experience with just installing OL & BCM 07 with Office 03 Pro installed? Any negatives?

BCM had an "Account" and Accounting 2007 had the same as a "Customer." After integrating it created a duplicate "Account" in BCM (with slightly different history and contact info). How do I merge the two "Accounts" in BCM? Or do I have to manually update one and delete the other?

After integrating Accounting and BCM, no new "customers" were created in Accounting from the BCM "accounts." I would like to create an Accounting "customer" from the info already entered in BCM. Is this an import function? If so, how do I know which file to import?

Hi, I've set up our BCM db on SQL Server 2005 and my laptop can connect fine on the LAN. I have also an offline db on the laptop for when I'm out of the office. It syncs fine when I get back to the LAN.
