Like many others, I'm sure, I've just taken the plunge to upgrade "standard" Outlook 2007 to include BCM I want to be able to import my Outlook Contacts both into Accounts (for the "top level" companies) and into Business Contacts for the individual contacts.

I installed office 2007 and everything seems to be all right. However when I start outlook I get this message. Business contact manager has encountered a problem and needs to close. I send the report.

Which is better to use, backup or export? Does one save more info than the other (like categories?) or does it not make a difference which to use? Exporting seems to take a lot longer than backup, probably because it is not

BCM is not working anymore! 1. What i did was that removed everything with sql server in it from add/remove programs. 2. Then i made a new MS SQL Server installation.

Can OL 2007 (with or without BCM) integrate to make or display calls using a VOIP service? For instance, while viewing a contact simply click a phone number to call and it dials, keeps track of time on call, and records the event in history?

Just running a mailmerge from BCM 2007 via Word 2007, through a campaign. I am unable to map the "Title" (Mr, Mrs, etc) field from contacts in BCM through to the mailmerge in Word. Am I missing something, or is this a major omission / bug?

Does anybody know if there's a simple way to enter sales invoice details: date, invoice number and total for each customer and then to calculate total sales for each year. Wouldn't mind using Access or Excel if they can be linked appropriately.
