When I export a folder of contacts from outlook, then try to import into BCM, things get scrambled. Some of the zipcodes get extracted and into their own files. Messy! I tried mapping and that didn't work etiher. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks in advance!

A colleague and I share our BCM database by backing up to a server and then updating on our laptops. When we do this however, the categories we have selected are not updated. Is there a way to preserve the categories? or do they only remain with the original author?

Receive an error when installing the business contact manager for Outlook 2000, either from cd or downloaded from website. It gets about 75% thru the install then error. Followed MS kb instructions on this error but still receiving.
