I have BCM v2 and am trying to export a CSV file for import into Entourage.  
It does not seem to be exporting my business history.  Can anyone help?

I want to change and or delete some existing field.  For example, I want to
add a new customer and have a field that shows what there end priduct is and
a field to show if they use contract manufacturing.

How can I uninstall the OL Business Contact Mgr?

For my business contacts, using the [By Category] view as the current view,
when I click this it opens up with all groups expanded, by default.  Is there
a way to set it up so that when I open it, all groups are collapsed by
default?

I have had a system crash.  After re-installation of outlook2007  and
