The LIP works with BCM 2007 ???? I have the BCM 2007 and Office 2007 in English but need in portuguese too. I buy de LIP(Pt-br) but BCM was not translated. The other applications in Office 2007 was.

A feature of most CRM applications is the ability to r.click a contact in the list and dash off a letter or print an envelope. In BCM this is not the case. Word has to be opened and then mailmerge setup. It can then take a while to find and select the contact - what a long drawn ...

When someone new emails me using Outlook 2007 (had same problem in previous versions) if I want to be able to add their email address to contacts, it only gives me the option to add them to the general contacts. Not directly to the BCM business contacts.
