I have the BCM 2007 and Office 2007 in English but need in portuguese too.
I buy de LIP(Pt-br) but BCM was not translated. The other applications in
Office 2007 was.

Here is my situation:
I have a fileserver with:
Windows Server 2003 for Small Business Server

I want to import data from excel into Outlook Business Contact Manager but it
only has one address field. The csv file I want to import has 6000 contacts
and most have two address fields.
I want the format to be (like all other database files);

Hello, When i try to import some account contacts via the import wizard the
data all imports OK except for 1 problem. The account name which is a company
name gets reversed as though it was a name.  So for example if i imported
Microsoft Corporation it is imported as Corporation ...

A feature of most CRM applications is the ability to r.click a contact in the
list and dash off a letter or print an envelope. In BCM this is not the case.
Word has to be opened and then mailmerge setup. It can then take a while to
find and select the contact - what a long drawn ...

When I go to customize form it does not allow me to customize but rather add
groups and fields but neither is suitable for my best practice needs...I want
to change the groups and fields entirely.  Thanks.

Quick question about bcm - I'm installing outlook 2003 and I'm curious
about how well it can synchronize contacts and calendars over several
pc's - without an exchange server.

When someone new emails me using Outlook 2007 (had same problem in previous
versions) if I want to be able to add their email address to contacts, it
only gives me the option to add them to the general contacts. Not directly
to the BCM business contacts.
