When i first installed outlook 2 years ago I included BCMgr but didn't enable it and haven't had needed to use it. I now do. Today I went through Help/About Outlook and enabled BCMgr, restarted outlook but nothing appears. There is no toolbar, etc.

I have installed the 2003 version, and updated it with the latest updates form the Microsoft website...but to no avail. Do I need to be connected to a server or something - does it not run on its own within my Outlook? The folders are in my folder list, it is enabled, but... ...

I'm working with Outlook and Business contact manager. It appears that new contacts always - via "add new contact" in the recived mail - ends up in the 'contacts' while what I need/want is to add them in the BCM by default - in fact I would appreciate

It seems like a new contact is created each time i copy a contcat from "contacts" to BCM 'business contacts' - how can I turn this feature off and update the existing information? Alternatively - can I check my contacts for dublicate entrys?
