When i first installed outlook 2 years ago I included BCMgr but didn't enable
it and haven't had needed to use it. I now do. Today I went through
Help/About Outlook and enabled BCMgr, restarted outlook but nothing appears.
There is no toolbar, etc.

I have installed the 2003 version, and updated it with the latest updates
form the Microsoft website...but to no avail.  Do I need to be connected to a
server or something - does it not run on its own within my Outlook? The
folders are in my folder list, it is enabled, but... ...

I cannot restore a backup ssb file to a different computer.
Message: Cannot restore this database because you were not authorized to
back up or restore databases when this one was originally backed up...
Contact database owner or system administration..."

Does Outlook (perhaps combined with InfoPath) offer a feature where a user
can set up a sequence of contacts to follow a process flow?
For example, an approval process:
1. a user creates a request

I have lost all my address book...didn't use contact manager that I know
of...strictly Outlook for e-mail....is there a way that I can recover my
address book?

It appears that new contacts always - via "add new contact" in the recived
mail - ends up in the 'contacts' while what I
need/want is to add them in the BCM by default - in fact I would appreciate

It seems like a new contact is created each time i copy a contcat from
"contacts" to BCM 'business contacts' - how can I turn this feature off and
update the existing information?
Alternatively - can I check my contacts for dublicate entrys?

When creating an opportunity, we want to indicate the start date of the
oppty.  I don't see where to do this.  How do we put a start date in an
Opportunity?

When I did an ACT! import, all of the contacts I'd flagged as "hot
prospect" are grouped under the account "hot prospect" instead of
their business as account.  Is there a way I can flag all of those
"hot prospect" accounts as the category "hot prospect" in mass instead
