I just imported my ACT database, but can't figure out how to write letters to a BCM contact or create MS Word templates for use with BCM contacts. This is very simple to do in ACT and am hoping it simple in BCM also. I've clicked on help in BCM, but can't find the answers.

We have used a public folder to track client projects in the past and I am evaluating using BCM. We set up the public tasks as recurring so that when we complete the project, a new task is created automatically for the task for the next year. I don't see where it is possible to

When Outlook 2003 users get Outlook with Business Contact edition they should be able to convert the contacts with some type of automation wizard.

I am running Outlook 2007 with SBS 2003 and using shared calenders. About one half of my workstations are XP/2003 and the other half 2007 with XP or Vista. Intermittently I get an error when trying to access a someone else's calendar but only on the machines with 2007.

We have Business Contact Manager installed on one machine, with approx 2500 entries in the contacts section of Outlook. There are some double-ups as some names will be in several different folders which are used for different purposes
