I've been unhappy for years with ACT due to instability within the program,
poor customer service, etc.  However, I use it every day in my insurance
office to keep the following:
1. contact info for my clients

I'm trying out BCM to see if it can replace ACT.  Unfortunately, right now it
looks like I can only have one contact associated with an opportunity.  This

Has anyone figured out how to make a VoIP phone call from Outlook Contacts or
