I have been struggling with BCM since shortly after the 2007 release and been
keeping a log of things that just don't seem right. Pardon the length of this
post, but there's so much that needs fixing. Please consider the following
thoughts for future releases:
I got a problem with BCM 2003 and I can't open outlook07 Aug 2007 18:49 GMT3
it always say "Business Contact Manager has encountered a problem and needs
to close.  We are sorry for the inconvenience." when I open outlook2003. How
can I fix this or remove BCM from outlook so that I can use outlook without
BCM.

saving my contacts to disc so that when reloaded to another pc they align
with the format i.e. first name, last name, email, phone etc. and not just
saved as a list that has to be located detail by detail. The .pst appears to
be the way but I can't achieve this. I'm using Outlook ...

I am trying to set reminders for the tasks for people in my company.  The
reminders are only popping up on my computer.  What am i doing wrong or can I

after hard drive replacement, have reinstalled office 2003 then the BCM.
Evrything but bcm is working.  The bcm shows up in programs and it says it is
enabled, but is not there.  I have uninstalled both and reinstallled, but to
no avail.  Any suggestions?

Is there anyway to increase the field size in the quantity portion of the new

Just FYI for all the performance related issues....
I've had a client experiencing severe performance issues with this
combination of software.  The SQL engine would eventually consume upwards of

Do any of you (particularly in sales industry) schedule automatically
recurring reminders in BCM (i.e.-call Jack the 2nd Monday of each
month)?  If so how do you schedule them in BCM?  This was REALLY easy
in ACT!
