BCM data is criticle for an enterprise. We hope different sales only see his/her own contact and accounts. There is other db in "db management" and these "other db" can be used on remote pc.

Having installed BCM in Outlook 2007 I would have expected to have the option to add a Business Contact from the right click menu which appears clicking on an email sender's email address - I don't have this option. Am I missing something?

I am just starting to use BCM so this is a basic question. I want to send a marketing campaign email using the BCC field for my distribution list. But the Options field that says "show bcc" is deliberately greyed out and unusable.

When I create a mail merge doc the filtering in the doc doesn't allow me to filter on the BCM User Defined Fields (the very purpose for creating the UDFs). Office 2007; Windows XP Professional.

Each opportunity has an 'assigned to' user BUT the reports and opportunities are showing the field in that column as blank - the report reads all opportunities are not assigned. How can I 'refresh' or recapture this information from the opportunities?

Ok. So I scheduled a reminder to backup my BCM manually once every two weeks. I did this after I had backed it up before. But now... I don't have the menu selection for File, Business Database... so what could have happened to it.
