Has 2007 eliminated the Business Letter?  All I can find is varying methods
of delivering emails.  How does that help with formal documents that need to
be hand delivered (ie FedEx), such as a letter proposal, signed by hand?

I currently use BCM and do enjoy it. I am also in the process of upgrading my
Palm Treo to the 750 with WM 6.0. Will I be able to sync all my BCM contacts
into this or will I have to use the Chapura add on like I do now?

BCM 2007 integrated with MOA2007 shared database on SBS 2003 / SQL2005
Some accounts were merged on Wednesday before the holiday.  (there
were some duplicates with different names)
Today an employee that was on Vacation last week came back to work.

would be very grateful for any help.
i have been using BCM and currently have several hundred contacts and
histories contained within it.  BCM has been giving me a few problems lately

I get two error messages when I try to open one of my Bussiness Contacts in
BCM.
Double clicking on any of my BCM contacts gives these errors:
BCM error: "The Server is not available. Contact your administrator if this

is there a known way to alter the columns of the window that  pops up
when you hit "link to record"?
I would like to add and remove columns as wel as put  "project type"
in the first column and sort on it.
