Since a while I can't use the "insert item' menu, because it is shaded out. I do not use Word as my email editor. The only change was that I installed the Outlook Business Contact Manager, and got the latest updates. I am open to any ideas how to solve this.

I've bought Office Pro twice because it was bundled with BCM (2003 and 2007). The first time it messed up Outlook performance terribly and had all kinds of its own problems, so I disabled it. Very much wanted an Outlook integrated contact manager, I upgraded to Office

I can run reports and modify it by displaying different types of columns such as job title and address etc. However, it does not have the option to select COMPANY as one of the columns. Does anyone know how change this and make it work? Thanks.

I still have not found a solution to the problem that tasks created under Projects are being shared randomly with everyone with access to BCM (showing up on individual task bars), even if those people are not specifically linked to the project or the task is not assigned to them. ...

Is there any way to mirror BCM with Outlook Contacts. I like the functionality of BCM but it would be better in they were Outlook Contacts. They would come up easily in my phone instead of having to lauch a program. And they would be able to come up in Outlook Web Access.
