Hi does anyone know how I can create a business notes report on all my contacts in BCM? We have a small customer service and would like to create a report on any we made contact with in the past month/week. So I'm basically looking one of two things.

What if I don't want to use BCM, and I want to continue with Outlook? In previous versions of Outlook you could add a button that linked with ACT!. Is there a way to do that in Outlook 2007, or is the only option BCM?
