Hi does anyone know how I can create a business notes report on all my
contacts in BCM?  We have a small customer service and would like to create a
report on any we made contact with in the past month/week.  
So I'm basically looking one of two things.  

I sell advertising for newspaper special surveys and use an Account for the
topic of each survey.  My leads become Business Contacts in that account.
I create a lot of Contacts, but there are occasions where I have contacts in
account A that I want to use again in Account B.  I ...

I have a Business Project - within that project, I created some Project
Tasks. On our company network, this project task now shows up on everyone's
personal "task list"! How can I do it so that does not happen?

Does anyone have a good way for creating a distribution list in
Outlook using contacts in BCM? I want to be able to create
distribution lists for the different categories in BCM.

How would I best sort or setup BCM so everyone can relate?

I have MS Office Professional Edition 2003 running on Windows XP and have
installed Business Contact Manager.
After installing BCM I clicked on Data File Management to set up the BCM
database and Outlook crashed. I could not get Outlook to open after that at

I just upgraded from Office 2003 pro to 2007 pro and want to use Outlook w/
BCM. I did not have BCM 2003 loaded. How do I get BCM2007 loaded and
integrated into Outook?

What if I don't want to use BCM, and I want to continue with Outlook?  In
previous versions of Outlook you could add a button that linked with ACT!.  
Is there a way to do that in Outlook 2007, or is the only option BCM?

We have connect BCM2003 SP4 with 6 persons. now we need to buy a new system
and we must buy BCM 2007. can we connect BCM 2007 to the existing group of

Hello to all,
I have a question for installation BCM2007 an an XP PC.
First time I'm installing BCM on a XP PC fo a user "A".
Then I logoff from XP and login to User "B".

Unfortunately, I do not bill at 1 hour intervals. Is there a way to adjust
the hours listed under 'actual' in the ‘submit billable time’ dialog box?

I am about to upgrade Office XP to Office 2007.  BCM sounds of interest but I
am concerned about having to upgrade my server as well.  Has any one updated
the client/workstations and used Small Business Server 2003.  Were there any
glitches?
