Hard drive went south - had to rebuild the system

How do I unclutter my Business Contact Manager by moving the "dead" leads,
which I have flagged as dead? I would like them to be out of my active
contacts, but I do not want to delete them in case any become active again.
Can I create a folder that everyone else can see?

Hello;
I have a small 1 man business that I run from my home.  Office 07 w/BCM.  I
do not use any outside services, except for e=mail & only have 1 computer.  
I'm not sure if I can safely uninstall SQL & Exchange & still have

I am using BCM 2003. I am unable to enter a qty greater than 10K units. I
sell in the millions sometimes. does this limit exist in BCM07?
