Is there a way to customize the Opportunity Title field in Contact Mgr?

I am new to Outlook 2007, and to the Business Manager element of it.  
I wondered if anyone knew if it is possible to have 2 Business Contact
Manager folders running, one for contacts with e-mail addresses and one for
those without, and if so how to set them up?

I am an admin in a small office where i am projecting 20-30 users wanting
business contact manager. Should I set up a central database where everyone
can have access.  Or have users responsible for sharing their databases?

We have Office 2007 Pro and I need to know how to link a Word document to
both a Business Contact Manager contact and my regular contacts. In the
former program we would just add a journal entry but we can't find how to do
that either.

I realize there are several advantages in using "Business Contacts" in BCM.  
I am wondering if there are advantages in using the regular "Contacts"?

I need to transfer my entire BCM database to a computer using an earlier
version of BCM.  I do not need any of the custom fields.  How do I export
2007 so 2003 can accept it?

there is other database in "manage database". It seems that we can't grant
user for specific database.
Is there a way to do it?

I would like to create a general document/template, and be able to populate
information such as name, address, company name, etc...  from BCM into the
template.  Is there a way to do that?

Using Outlook 2007 and BCM, suppose I am in a Account Window, I can view all
the contacts I have for that account, including the Primary Button, Full
Name, Job Title, Etc at the bottom of the screen.  If I then "use" Outlook"
opening different contacts, opening different phone ...

I know how to export entire bcm database.
Is there a way, and how is it, that I can export an individual contact
(or a subgroup)?
I.e. a filtered set, or recently modified or recently added contacts?

This is a loose translation of  a Dutch warning I get when I want to open eg.
Contacts or Accounts via the BCM menu bar in Outlook 2007
It is not really annoying, you can continue working after clicking OK.
But the warning keeps on popping up.
