I'm trying to configure BCM on Vista Ultimate with Outlook 2007. By
configuring I mean that I have successfully installed BCM and when I try to
configure it in Outlook I always get the following message:
"An error has occurred which stops Business Contact Manager for Outlook from

I can see the contacts and their information on the Contacts page of BCM, but
when I click on one of the contacts to view that individual contact, I get

i use bcm to track prospects and sales.  and i have a db for
contacts/prospects and another db for the actual sales.  when a contact
converts to a sale, is there a way to move the contact from the
contacts/prospecs db to the actual sales db?
