I am assessing Business Contact Manager in the contest of SUGAR CRM and
SalesForce. I have two needs and two questions:
The two needs:
1. I want to give eight managers access to our entire sales/marketing

Syncing MOA products and service through to BCM is a great feature... but...
When you add a MOA product or service to an opportunity in BCM it does not
allow editing of DESCRIPTION, UNIT COST or UNIT PRICE... (unlike BCM products
and services which you can)

I use outlook 2007 on my laptop and have lots of folders with all my customer
emails stored there.  In addition i get busy and my inbox has tons of emails
that I will 'get to tomorrow'.  As a result outlook is unstable and freezing
up.

I have Outlook 2003 and have been having a new error.
I did not have this error a few weeks ago.  But now, I can only send e-mails

When I e-mail link to record the e-mail appears to make a copy of itself

If I then delete the original e-mail - the copy appears to stay with the

Seems VERY counter intuitive to allow Products and Services to be added to an
Opportunity in Business Contact Manager and then have the ability to convert
to a Quote, Sales Order or Invoice and have then come over as line item
COMMENTS.
