I am assessing Business Contact Manager in the contest of SUGAR CRM and
SalesForce. I have two needs and two questions:
The two needs:
1. I want to give eight managers access to our entire sales/marketing

Syncing MOA products and service through to BCM is a great feature... but...
When you add a MOA product or service to an opportunity in BCM it does not
allow editing of DESCRIPTION, UNIT COST or UNIT PRICE... (unlike BCM products
and services which you can)

I use outlook 2007 on my laptop and have lots of folders with all my customer
emails stored there.  In addition i get busy and my inbox has tons of emails
that I will 'get to tomorrow'.  As a result outlook is unstable and freezing
up.

When I select business-cards view in my business-contacts folder, Outlook
fails to display my contact's internet address (e.g., www.mypage.com).

I have Outlook 2003 and have been having a new error.
I did not have this error a few weeks ago.  But now, I can only send e-mails
to people on with a @cox.net e-mail address.
I can not send to anyone else.

I have an Business Contact Manager icon after downloading CD2, but there is
no reponse.  What do I need to do?

My computer crashed last week and I've reinstalled BCM.  I just now need to
now to know how to load my old data to the new program.
When I installed it it asked if I wanted to create a new database or to use
an existing one.  When I said an existing one, it gave me no files/drives ...

When I e-mail link to record the e-mail appears to make a copy of itself
within the BCM contact.
If I then delete the original e-mail - the copy appears to stay with the
contact.

This error message comes up and keeps looping every time I try to
acees my Outlook.

I'd like to attach all the e-mails to an individual Business Contact.
It is very time consuming to attach them one at a time.

How can I link a marketing campaign to multiple (200) business contacts?

New to VIsta and Outlook 2007 - would like to write a letter to a Business
Contact and have it automatically enter their address information but having
troulble locating help.

Seems VERY counter intuitive to allow Products and Services to be added to an
Opportunity in Business Contact Manager and then have the ability to convert
to a Quote, Sales Order or Invoice and have then come over as line item
COMMENTS.

but 2 things.
1.) What is my best bet for finding out if what we want to do is possible
with BCM?
2.) If it's not who do I need to contact to help me create what I need?
