I've been trying different mail merge options to create a marketing campaign
e-mail blast.
When I select Word e-mail merge for my delivery method - I am unable to
define a subjet for the subsequent e-mails.

Hi, we would like to use BCM Projects to record activities against a standard
production list of tasks. Is there anyway to clone a project against a
previous one, or against a template (all the tasks are similar - just the
time frames change)

I am trying to send a contact out of BCM to another employee with the same
software.  The history however is not going through.  I go to Actions-Send
full contact-in outlook format.  What am I doing wrong?

I recently installed accounting 08 after having migrated my BCM and old
database to a new machine.  BCM appears to be okay except for the fact that I
can't convert an existing opportunity to an invoice.  And I suspect this will

I use BCM to manage a solo law practice; I track inquiries from potential
