I'm unable to change the primary contact on the account form.  Is there a
trick to this or is it broken?

Hi & Good evening,
I've been working on an issue for over five hours that I keep having when
opening Outlook 2003 w/BCM.  The notification pops up saying that "The Folder
You Specified Cannot Be Found."

When I view the history of a business contact, I'd like to see the value of
the opportunities on the main screen.  I know I can open each opportunity,
but I'd like to look at all of the values at a glance when I'm on the phone
with the contact.  

From the account section in the general view add a business contact section I
would like to have the company name displayed. Currently you only see the
contact name, phone and email. But how can edit the field so you can see info
you want to displayed.

When attempting to open or create an account in BCM in Outlook 2007, I
get the following error:
Creating an instance on the COM component with CLSID
{2C247F23-8591-11D1-B16A-00C0F0283628} from the IClassFactory failed

I am attempting to set up a password for pst. files in outlook so that there
is privacy from others reading email etc.
When I follow the directions and type in a new password it tells me that the
old password is incorrect and will not let me complete.

for an address book).  It would be a huge help if BCM had an auto-complete
function for the company name field, and also if the mailing address for a

Recently I noticed that sometime the History Items of Contacts and Accounts
will retain attachments and sometimes it will not.
After testing it seems that the default behavior is that as long as you
leave the email in the inbox the attachments carry through to the History

I have 2gb of RAM, with a 1.7ghz Intel processor. For some reason, BCM is
still slow as molasses. Any advice? I've thought about just going back to
Office 2003, but BCM was slow with that program as well. And I need the BCM

choice of entering it in BCM or in Contacts - the two don't sync up as I
understand it. If you enter in one, how can you have it in both - reason they

I have BCM2007 loaded on my hard drive with Outlook 2007 Pro, but I cannot
configure or install the application.  This option is not available in the
Help menu.  Is there a step I'm missing?
