I'm running BCM 2007 on Windows XP. Status: Online, with about 8 authorized users. Have approx 2900 accounts of which about 300 have "lost" the Company Name: I'm in "Account View", showing "Company", "Office Location", "Biz Address"

I find that many of my new BCM opporunties from a client seem to be very much like the last. Is there any way to create a new opportunity using a previous opportunity as a template that can be slightly modified? I have tried to copy/paste to no avail.

We are a small company with two people that need to share/access CRM information. We use a POP3 account and do not have an exchange server. Can we share the information between users without an Exchange Server?

I have an older business name that I want to change in my Profile as Owner/Adminstrator. When I updated to Office 2007, It "grabbed" this old one and it is not appropriate if it is ever used in communication, etc.

I've watched your great contributions for soe ime, especially regarding your (exit?) from Act! in favor of BCM, or at least helping those who wish to accomplish this, for whatever reason. I think an advantage of BCM is the stability of a quality company like

I think you would get a lot more ACT users to convert to BCM 2007 if you fix the date conversion so that notes, histories convert with their original creation date rather than the tranfer date as it does now. A number of us ACT users have years of important history that is only ...

Is it possible to create custom fields for accounts in Business Contact Manager. For example - a lot of my clients are hospitals so I would like to create a field that lets me enter the number of beds for each facility.

Microsoft does a good job advertising the fact that you can customize fields within Business Contact Manager, but then doesn't give step-by-step instructions. I want to add fields to a form and then use that form as my default. I have spent 2 hours looking for help on this, but ...
