I opened a PST archive file in Outlook 2007 with BCM and started getting out of memory errors. Restarting did not help. I closed Outlook and renamed the archive PST file and that seems to eliminate the out of memory error. But, I can't seem to close the link to the old archive ...

Using the MS document "Deploying Outlook 2007 with Business Contact Manager in a Remote Database Configuration" (bcm_sql.doc) I was able to implement BCM2007 and a connection to a server-based (SQL Server 2005 Express) db, but had problems and these comments:

When I go in and customize the Contact list in BCM that's great, but it will not stay the way I change it. When I go to another screen and come back to the contact list, it has reverted back to the default settings. This is ludacris.

I imported my ACT contact database to BCM. To create an account for my contacts I have to retype all of the information on the new account page. Why can I not just click on a contact that is already in my database and retrieve the pertinant information from it. This is totally ...

Can't see any reference to it being a networked package, so if not, what would be the next best product that could be used among users?

So I got about 100 Accounts set up and almost 200 business contacts and then the program starts crashing continuously. At some point, the BCM add-in got disabled and now I don't see it at all. So I do I see BCM again, and how do I get it to start without crashing?

When creating Accounts the only required field is Account Name? Is there a way to make other, either default or custom, fields required as well? Thanks Brad

Is there a way to auto format each contact? For example, I would like the home address to show up in blue (or some other color) text and the business to show up as red text? So at a glance I can see the business card and see which one is home and which one is business.

We are running SBS 2003 w/exchange on a remote server. I am willing to buy 3 copies of Outlook 2007 w/BCM if needed. We have 3 computers (all in different locations) that all need to access the BCM database. Right now we sign into our remote sharepoint via the internet.
