I have Installed and Uninstalled BCM using Disk 2  several times, to the
point of frustration. The Installation appears to be successful and shows up

Obviously, BCM can't go through Exchange, and short of using a full
windows server, are there FTP or other cost-effective options for

Just yesterday I started getting an error report in Outllook referring to
BCM.  When I opened Outlook,  the Send Report message box came up telling me
that "BCM has encountered a problem and needs to close...".  When I click
