I work for a small sales organization with 3 guys on the street. We need remote access to BCM database that would be stored on a server at a central location. Only one person administors the database, the other two are out of state without direct access to the server.

We are hoping there is a way to customise the default forms that come in Outlook 2007 Business Contact Manager. We are aware that we can add fields to the forms and make quite a few changes, but is there a way of changing the actual default fields that are displays on a form.

I am having an issue with the Email Marketing Service. I try to send a campain type of "Email" and then use the "Email Marketing Service" to send it (and attach a Word file I want to send containing hyperlinks). I then Launch the campain successfully.

I've had some issues with BCM, but now I can't get it to work at all, I uninstalled it and reinstalled and now I can't see it within Outlook at all. I'm using SBS 2003 with Exchange and I'm using Outlook 2007. Is there something I'm missing?
