I'm trying to lauch a new direct mail marketing campaign.  When I go through
all the steps and hit the launch button, I get an error message saying: BCM
for Outlook could not complete your last action or actions.  Please try again.
I don't know what I'm doing wrong...any thoughts?

I have blocked messages from one of my contacts in Outlook Express yb error,
can aynone tell me how to undo this? I still have messages from that contact
in my in box.

Virtually every time I open outlook with BCM and close it, the next time I
open it, I get a dialog box and then a balloon from the icon tray that says

I am using ACT2008 and have a large database (40K contacts) and 3 total users
(2 remote using RDP).   ACT responds very slowiy even through we've upgraded
our server and memory.
