I have a problem when viewing charts, You have sveral options to view, either year, quarter or month. I can only see charts if I use the year view. When in the other views (month & Qtr) the charts are completely empty. I have reloaded BCM and the same problem persists.

I've installed the BCM 2007 on my Notebook an the BCM2003 on my Office-Desktop. What ist the right way to syncronise the Databases on the two PC's? Thanks

We've recently decided to ditch our old accounts system in favour of Microsoft Office Accounting. As part of the change, we have also decided to use Outlook with Business Contact Manager for our sales reps to interact with the customer accounts.

Is there any way you can divide lists in the Accounts folder or Business Contacts folder so that you can quickly create a merge e-mail to be sent to those specific contacts? For example, we have Active and inactive accounts in our Accounts folder.

What fields does the search bar in BCM search? I want to search the contents of a Business Note in a Business Contact's History. It doesn't seen to work, or at least not reliably. Also, do quotes in the search field make any difference?

Hello all, is there a way to use the BCM as the default address book, instead of the OC? I keep the data up to date in the BCM and have to erraze all the OC on occassion then update with BCM, which really gets old.
