When customizing a view in business contact manager I like to use the
recently added view.  It lists the most recent 2 months of created contacts.

I'm thinking about using Outlook + Business Contact Manager to manage my
business contacts and sales leads.  How do I synchronize that information so
that when I add a contact, it shows up in my business partners' and sales
teams' Outlook as well?

Is there a way for contacts to inherit account categories? If I want to
e-mail all contacts who work in a company that has a 'widget' category, for
example, is it necessary to go through all the contacts adding the 'widget'
category even though their company (or account) already ...

Vista, 2 G memory, Outlook 2007, BCM on laptop.  BCM installed on just the
laptop.  When I try to backup the database, I get the message "Database
MSSmallBusiness is already open and can only have one user at a time.  Backup
database is terminating abnormally"  I am the ONLY user ...

After upgrading from Outlook 2003  with BCM to Outlook 2007 With BCM  (both
SP1) I get the message "not enough free memory to run program".  It also runs
extremely slow.

I thought I was deleting a History item, but deleted the Account instead
(Contact record too). I did not receive a warning, it just deleted. Nice. How

I'm having an annoying but intermittant error message popup in Outlook with
the following message:
"Business Contact Manager for Outlook could not complete your last action or
actions.  Please  try again."

Other weeks this is not a problem.
But now this week again it is a problem.
I simply cannot paste half of my "business contacts" from my business
contact manager for outlook 2007 at WORK computer to my business contact

I'm trying to get the most out of BCM 2007.  I've downloaded Aladdin to print
labels and envelopes.  It works great.  
What other add-ins have people tried?  How are they working?

I've upgraded to Office 2007, and I notice that all my categories are gone
from the master list.
If I open an existing business contact that had a category, it's still
there - but it's marked as not being on the master list.
