I run a business where I need to print out "lead sheets" for my sales reps.  
I generate all leads and set all appointmets for my sales reps.  Does anyone
know how to print a lead sheet that includes the customer info & appointment
times and dates.  I would also be nice to list ...

I currently have my business contacts categorized in Outlook 2007  in colours
and custom names. If I import these contacts into BCM are the categories
imported also?

Is there a way to generate a report at the account level that would show all
detail of the account including the business contacts and activity history?
It seems that I have to go to 3 different places to get all the detail.
Basically what I want is 1 piece of paper (while I'm on ...

When I delete it, it goes away while the dialogue box is still open, but when
I close the box it comes back.  (Frankliy, I'd like to get rid of BCM
entirely.)

When i try to "send" an email ,outlook express shuts down & i am back to my
desktop. If i write an email and do not hit "send", but go to "file"& hit
"send later", the mail goes to the "outbox".If i then go to my tool bar and
hit "send all" it works. This just started happening ...

Running BCM 2007. "Mysteriously lost" about 100 Contacts. Am restoring one by
one as I discover them missing. Getting them from old ACT! 6.0 database by
sending e-mail from ACT! with attached Contact to myself, opening the e-mail
in Outlook and saving the attached Contact. ...

Trying to install CD2 of Microsoft Office 2007 with Business Contact
Manager, gets about 1/3 of the way thru when i get error message.
