I have the telephone dialer create a Journal item in which I make notes during a call. The item can be seen in the journal timeline but I cannot find a way to see it from the Business Contact itself Am I missing something?

I just got a mobile PC and syncronized my Outlook contacts. But to my surprise, there does not seem to be a way to syncronize the contacts from Business Contact Manager. Is there a way to download my contacts in BCM to my mobile PC. Please tell me there is a way!

I have inherited a BCM 2003 database that is running on SBS 2000. I am going to install SBS 2003 on a new server. It runs on SQL 2000 now but SBS 2003 will have SQL 2005. Is it possible to detach the database from SQL 2000 on SBS 2000 and reattach it on SQL 2005 under SBS 2003
