I've been trying to find out what the difference is between the business contacts and the plain contacts. I am a realtor and getting ready to add about 500 contacts and I want to make sure they get added to the right place. Anyone know the difference?

If I make a link to a Business Project in BCM 2007 and open the link, there always comes a normal Outlook task formular and not the Project formular. If I make a link to an Project Task it opens the right Project task formular. Why doesn´t it work with the projects?

When I try to 'move' or drag & drop an Outlook Contact into BCM I get an insufficient privleges message. When I check properties on the folder the admin section appears opaque. I am the only user and I belong to the administor group. Progress is totally blocked by this problem ...

I have a customer, running Outlook 2007 on a Windows SBS 2003 R2 server. There are five employees in the office. I am going to install BCM on the Owners PC and import their customer and vendor contact information from their line of business application into BCM.
