One of my colleagues is using BCM over-seas and is trying to synchronize
with our main database on SQL Server (on Windows 2003 server).  We are in
Canada and he is in China.  
Since he wants to be able to use the database offline, he is trying to build

I posted on 3/1 and was told to enable logging.  I didn't understand and
enabled Outlook logging.  This time I enabled BCM logging.  Below is my

I have an e-mail "stuck" in my outbox.  Every time I try to get rid of it I
get an error message that says:  Cannot open message.  Outlook has already
begun transmitting message.  This message has been in my outbox since
November 2007.  I can't get rid of it.  Any suggestions?

We have just purchased Outlook 2007 with BCM for our 2 PC's.  We have 1
server running MS SBS Premium 2003 with Exchange and XP Pro OP system, 2 pc's
- XP Pro Op Syst, and 1 laptop with Business Vista.

What is the difference between these 2 products?  Are they meant to be used
in conjunction with one another, or is the online version just a watered down
version of BCM 2007.

What is the fastest way to create a single letter (from a template) to
a single contact.  In ACT, for example, there is a write letter menu
that connects to word and populates the client info in the header
