How do I import this excel list of names/addresses and map them to my

Friday I installed BCM.  I received the Welcom to BCM email, and then could
not send or receive anything else.  I contacted the IT department and they

Currently in BCM 2007 you can add one website to each account.  Is it
possible to add another website or a field that can act as a hyperlink?

Suddenly I am getting the message the BCM2007:
Cannot open database "xxxxx" requested by the login.

Is there a way to customize what is shown in the reminder pop-up. I work with
BCM and enter my leads as Business Contacts. When the reminder pop-up comes
up it shows the name of the customer instead of the companies name. Is there
a way to change this?

Been struggling for a while trying to use BCM and it seems it doesn't do
what I want it to (sync with Windows Mobile, OWA, track email campaigns, etc)
and the things that it does do it does badly.  So, would I be stupid to even
look at Microsoft CRM?
