Is there a way to customize what is shown in the reminder pop-up. I work with BCM and enter my leads as Business Contacts. When the reminder pop-up comes up it shows the name of the customer instead of the companies name. Is there a way to change this?

Been struggling for a while trying to use BCM and it seems it doesn't do what I want it to (sync with Windows Mobile, OWA, track email campaigns, etc) and the things that it does do it does badly. So, would I be stupid to even look at Microsoft CRM?
