I have installed BCM and it even shows up in the Add/Remove programs (without
remove option) but yet I have no button in Outlook to turn on the function.  
I also don't have the option under the disabled items to turn it on.

Contact manager is constantly closing after 2007 enterprise upgrade from
2003. When I open outlook I get the error message   "business contact manager
has encountered a problem and needs to close" etc.  I have the option to
restart BCM but if I do this the same thing happens ...

We are sharing the BCM across two computers.  When we  create a task for the
other user under an opportunity, we link the task to the opportunity via the

I often use voice command for contacts. It appears not to look through the
Business contacts database using the voice commands for calling.
Is there any way to get this working?

I bought a PC a few years ago and just upgraded it yesterday.  I have been

A Vista PC using MOA 2008 can't open (restore) a database from an XP PC with
MOA 2007 because of Error code 5 (access denied). Both versions have Outlook
2007 BCM. Why doesn't the 2008 MOA open the 2007 MOA database?

How do I edit the date and time assigned to a phone call log?
As it stands now, when I open a new log for a call, or make a change to an
existing call record, it defults to assigning it the current date/time as of
the editing.

We're using Outlook 2007 with BCM (XP pro).  Customizing a form was working
just fine when Outlook crashed.  Upon rebooting BCM was gone.  I've since
reloaded BCM and got it going but the "Add Field" does not work.  "Add Group"
works fine.  Does anyone know what got corrupted ...

i updated my computer today and when i went to open Outlook 2003 it would not
open..it said Business Contact Manager could not open.   then it tried to
open in safe mode could not open.  then message said 'run diagnostics' but it
still will not open...help..

I have been given the task of setting up BCM 2007 for all of our computers

getting from the Microsoft guides is that I have to set up one computer to be
the master and all of the others to connect to that ...
