I have been using ACT for years and just received a new work computer with Outlook 2007 w/ BCM. I am having a hard time figuring out how to schedule phone calls and meetings then being able file completed phone calls and meeting with any notes associated.

When I open Outlook, I get the message "The MSSQL$MSSMLBIZ service cannot be found on computer '.'. And then another message: "Do you want to work off line?". The name of the computer is wrong and BCM used to work fine.

I've enabled my funnel chart as I now have some opportunites logged, only got software last week. But they are just B+W line charts, no pretty colours. How come?
