I have gone to the program and enabled it.  I have run the installation
wizard and it tells me that installation was successful.  However, the
Business Tools menu never appears.  I have set up at least 7 data bases
trying to reinstall BCM.  The BCM file shows up in the file list ...

I have an Excel spreadsheet with several projects that I want to add to my
projects list in Business Contact Manager. How do I import Projects? I've
already imported the contacts and accounts.

I need to be able to access BCM contacts from word for sending faxes and
addressing letters. Is there a simple way to do this?

In BCM 2007 (on vista) when selecting accounts or double clicking on a link
to an account I experience the following error:

I have been using ACT for years and just received a new work computer with
Outlook 2007 w/ BCM.  I am having a hard time figuring out how to schedule
phone calls and meetings then being able file completed phone calls and
meeting with any notes associated.

When I open Outlook, I get the message "The MSSQL$MSSMLBIZ service cannot be
found on computer '.'. And then another message: "Do you want to work off
line?".
The name of the computer is wrong and BCM used to work fine.

I've enabled my funnel chart as I now have some opportunites logged, only got
software last week.
But they are just B+W line charts, no pretty colours.
How come?

After integrating BCM with Accounting 2008 Pro, I see they are using the same
database, but I do not see my contacts from BCM in Accounting Pro.  There are
no customers to choose from list.  When I added one in Accounting Pro just to
test it out, the added contact didn't show up ...

Each time I attempt to open Outlook, I get EM  "Business Contact
Manager has experienced a problem and has to close"  Will not allow me to
open in safe mode either.  Please help.

for a business contact or account INCLUDING notes for each entry (the
