I am having dreadful trouble trying to get BCM installed. Installed Office 2007 OK on new Vista Business machine, WSUS on my server updated it to SP1, then tried to install BCM. Install seemed to go fine, but when I started Outlook, no sign of BCM.

Had to reformat the disk and reinstall Outlook alongwith BCM. When I opened the outlook.pst from my backup, I could see the e-mail, address books, etc. However, the BCM data is not there. Where are the data - entered through BCM - stored and how do I restore it

We run a small office with 5 pc's all running office professional 2007 and small business server 2003 for our files. Recently we installed BCM and uninstalled ACT. 2 of the computers work fine and the other 2 keep on coming up with the error message when trying to configure BCM

How do you modify the current view (i.e. contacts) to remove a field *and make it stick. It returns to default when you go back to the view.
