little problem and can't seem to find an answer.

We are contemplating installing BCM in our office but I have two questions:
- can the database be exported to Excel or as CSV file?
- BCM is recommended for "small companies". What is the definition of small
company? 10 users or 100 users?

I did something a bit stupid some months ago. I removed BCM totally, from
the control panel.
I am trying now to re-install it, but without luck... I click on "Enable

Hi there, I have downloaded the Trial for the office suite - but only
installed the Outlook portion.  After the install, the BCM tab is showing but
it does not do anything?  How do I get the BCM work?

I was considering ACT!, Goldmine and other software to manage my sales and
account contacts and settled on BCM with Office 2003; I paid close to $400
for this.  
The main reason I bought it was the seamless integration to other MSFT
