I have read every post on this topic and attempted everything except uninstall/reinstall. I have Office 2007 Vista Ultimate. This program worked perfectly before SP1 - don't know if that has any bearing or not.

Outlook has started deleting the + sign of country codes after a contact is opened for editing and is saved. An additional twist is that the "Automatically add country code to local numbers" option in th "Actions Menu" is greyed out.
