I'm recovering from a hard drive flame-out on my laptop. Since I subscribe to Carbonite's back-up service I've been able to restore my .pst files, but can't identify my BCM data file to select it for restoration. Anybody know the name of the file?

I am on a LAN at work. Whenever I enter a phone number in my contacts, Outlook pauses for several seconds while it seems to check it. This is annoying, as I will lnever call any number from Outlook. How can I stop this?

I cannot get mail to send from BCM Outlook 2007. I do not receive an error message. The program just says sending/receiving messages but the msgs just sit in the outbox. I have left my computer on for over 24hrs and they still sit there. I am receiving mail just fine.
