We are using Outlook with BCM 2007 on two XP Pro SP3 machines and are sharing
the database with a peer-to-peer network.  We also save all business files in

When importing my ACT! 2008 database into BCM 2007 the dates for notes and
history all came in under the date of import. How can I get it to import with
the correct dates so I maintain historical file date tracking?

Microsoft should add support for SQL Server 2008 so that users who choose to
upgrade from SQL Server 2005 will be able to use Business Contact manager!

Does anybody know how BCM Calculates expected revenue when adding products
and services.  On mine, the math is way>>way messed up.  I've played around
with it some.  If I add a service at a rate of say $100 with $000 dollars
cost, 1 unit, my expected revenue shows up as something ...

I am getting the following pop-up error message:  Business Contact Manager
for Outlook:  "Business Contact Manager for Outlook could not complete your
last action or actions.  Please try again."
This occurs principally when I am in the Personal Folders section of Outlook

database from being deleted users?

Do I need to individually set up the email auto linking in a shared database,
or is there a global setting that will apply to all users.
Furthermore should I avoid this feature because I have heard it affects
performance.

My user seems to have messed up the view of business contacts in BCM 2007.
Previously they would select business contacts and perform a paricular
search e.g. "Company Name". They woudl then be shown all the different
contacts for that particular Company.

How can I reverse the name order (last name, first name to first name, last
name) that all my contacts are now in? I can't remember all my contacts last
name but odds are I will remember their first name at least. Seems counter
intuitive filing it last name first.

Is there an easier way to look for classroom training on Outlook 2007 with
Business Contact Manager?  We are starting from square 1, and I am having a
heck of a time finding a local place that provides training on it, even from
www.microsoft.com .
