After a recent "Disc Cleanup" I am unable to access the BCF shared database files when opening Outlook 2007. I believe that the problem is that "Disc Cleaup" must have compressed the files and so now they are inaccessible. I do not know where to look or what the name of the files ...

I am surprised and disappointed to find out that I cannot protect my shared database. The Reporting function allows any user to run and export a report of the full database. I would have thought that I should be able to restrict certain users.
