In Outlook, you can link two contacts together.  I can't see a way to do this
in BCM 07.  Am I missing it, or is it missing?

Because Microsoft Office Professional Plus does not come with Business
Contact Manager, I am at a loss as to what to do with my BCM data.  Can it be
converted to be compatible with Outlook Contacts?  What happens to all the
phone logs, business notes, and linked emails?

Is Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 with Business Contact Manager compatible
with Cardscan Executive (v.8.0.5)? Is it possible to synchronize and transfer
scanned card images from Cardscan to Outlook 2007 with Business Contact

Situation: I just converted from XP Pro to Win7 Pro (format HD and clean
install).  Before installing I copied the Business Contact Manager and

my old notebook crashed but I sill have the HD (as external). Installed

Trying to restore database in business contact manger of outlook from a
backup file and getting an error message saying the registry key is not
configured correctly

When I open Outlook, I get the message "The MSSQL$MSSMLBIZ service cannot be
found on computer '.'. And then another message: "Do you want to work off
line?".
The name of the computer is wrong and BCM used to work fine.

Now whenever we click the launch button to launch a campaign we get the error
"Business Contact Manager for Outlook could not complete your last action or

I am trying to find a way to see the details of a communication history that
is posted in my Business Contact Manager.  If I log a phone call, I want to
be able to have a report that will give the details of the phone log, or
anything else listed there.  Does that make sense?

How do I create a letter from Business Contact Manager

I have 6,000+ new contacts in BCM all marked as "Active".  About ~20% of
these contacts are going to be dead accounts.  I use iContact for my email
marketing.  iContact gives me a list of dead contacts after a marketing
campaign, exportable as a .CSV file.
