I transferred my outlook and BCM from an old computer to a new computer by exporting/importing the .BCM file. However, All the history is missing. I'm using Outlook 2007 (SP2) with BCM Version 3.00.8619.01. Any idea's on getting all the history and links back?

I am a plastics broker ane we deal with traders who buy and sell several different types, forms, packaging, etc. I would like to set up my contacts where I can qyery anyone of them with a few words. I have been unable to do this. I need your help please. Thank you.

Unfortunately, yesterday, my Outlook 2007 along with BCM crashed and burned. The reasons for the crash was an outside problem but the results were devastating. What is more devastating is that "apparently" backups in BCM or either

Hi, I have a question where to find a tasks. I have reinstalled my pc and when I loaded again my BCM database, there are no tasks - is it chance to find them or are they lots ? Are they stored in database or somewhere else ? Thanks for help

our company recently upgraded to Office 2007 Standard. I would like to try using BCM, but I can't find a way to upgrade without purchasing Outlook 2007 with Business Contact Manager. Is there a way to add BCM without purchasing the whole program again?

I am a licensed iuser of Microsoft Office Standard 2007. I was able to download BCM 2007 to my Desktop which runs on XP. How do I download to my Laptop which runs on Vista? Is there a charge? I don't want to have to buy another office 2007 package?

Sorry about the post blast - I'm new to BCM and in a hurry! I know that I can link a task to a contact by clicking the 'Link to Record' button in a task. But that is pretty laborious!! Surely there is a way to automatically link the task to a contact record when you click on New ...

Problem when I send to my whole e-mail group some recipients never get my e-mails. Mostly affected are those using optonline and some Verizon, I am sure there are others. As a Barber, I have a large client base with whom I e-mail.

I have the above version. I just noticed on the MS Site that Professional should have Biz Contact Manager. But I have "Plus". Is that why I don't have it?
