I am attempting to set up an appointment in the Outlook calendar. I click on
the Attendee Availability tab, with the Show attendee availability radial
button clicked and add meeting attendees under the All Attendees area. I can

My computer is working fine.  All updates have been made
for Windows 2000 as well as Programs updates (on line).

Is there any way to make a single entry on some "main" calendar in
Outlook and have it appear on everyone's calendar? Specifically, when
next year's holiday (time off) calendar is decided upon in the 4th
