Good Morning Everyone,
I'm curious about the new version of Outlook. Will this new version be able
to synchronize public calendars(folders) with personal folders for PDA?  I
have to use 3rd party tools to get this down with Outlook 2002, and I'm

Meeting invitations sent from my PC are delivered as e-mail with ASCII
delimited data about the meeting as the message - no response form.
But invitations sent _to_ me arrive in the appropriate response form.
Must be missing something on my end that causes the data to go out

Send an email to all staff with a number of tasks for the
following year (say AGM Preparation in Nov, Role Profiles

i've setup shared calendars many times using outlook 2000
but i dont'see this feature available using outlook xp
edition (small business) we don't have an exchange server,

My boss and one other co-worker have Appointment/Reminders that pop up every
morning.  These are from events in the past.  Every morning they click on
dismiss all, yet they reappear the next morning.  Help!

Hi, We are facing some funny problem. When I update a meeting request in my
OUTLOOK calender, I will receive a bouncer with a misdirected mail. Can
anyone help me in resolving this issue.

I've loaded the Holidays for the US in the prescribed
way:  Tools/Options/Calendar Options/Add Holidays / US
Holidays / OK.
No error messages.  But the holidays don't show up

Does anyone know how to back up outlook calendar
information on a floppy or a CD?  I need to back it up and
then re-install after I have re-formatted my disk

Just wondering if there is a way to color code
appointments. So when quickly looking at the days meetings
I can quickly see which appointments are critical and

I have 4 networked PC's in my home, all running Outlook

After attempting to archive e-mail, I ended up with two
Calendar folders in View Folder List, one under Archive
Folders and the other under Outlook Today.  I could enter
new appointments to the former but not to the latter.

I have Outlook 2002 on XP Professional and I checked the
box to enable bolding of calendar date containing items,
but the date is not bolded. Is there anything I can do to

I would like to keep an Outlook calendar synchonized with information
in a database using the iCal or vCal standard. The database contains
all the necessary information about summary, start-end times,
location, etc.
