How can I keep the weekends from being displayed in the

I just heard of a new Outlook based contact management solution by
Avidian Technologies.  Their website (www.avidian.com), demo and product
seems pretty cool.  They supposedly built a powerful sales tool inside

I am using outlook under Exchange 2000 Server and I am
sharing my calendar with my secretary, she has a right to
add/delete item on my calendar.

I have set up the email delivery method as a Remote mail
setup, and am using the calendar in the Remote PST file.  
My question is:  How can I synchronise the Remote mail

In Outlook 2000 there was a display of the current month
you were in that changed as you scrolled. This was
helpful to keep track of what month or year you were in
as you scrolled. It doesn't seem to be available in 2002

Suddenly, all of my Outlook Calendar data from the last 3
years, through the middle of July 2003, is gone.  Help!

When I setup a recurring meeting in Outlook say every Monday from 10:00 AM
to 11:00AM
I invite attendees and setup to reserve the resource(Conference room).
If I only change single occurence of this meeting to say Tuesday

I have a secretary who maintains her boss's OL2002 calendar.  She wants
reminders for appointments from his calendar to come to her PC.  Any ideas

My employees and I are able to share calendar items by
email in Outlook 2000 but not in Outlook 2002.  We would
like to upgrade to 2002 or 2003 but must be able to email
calendar items to each other so that they appear properly

When I receive an *.ics file from an Office 2002 user, the
attachment does not open properly. It come accross as a
file and I do not get the options to accept the meeting.
