We use Outlook 2002, and share one main calendar for secretaries to make and edit appointments. On one of the secretaries machines, whenever she schedules an appointment, it shows up an hour later on

The other computers on the network show the 'invite attendees' button in the new appointment window, which is what I want. I have just loaded on Outlook 2002 to a new computer and it does not show this button.

I have been getting reminders (probably 20 - 30 a day) that are all in the past......saying 41 weeks pastdue, 44 weeks pastdue, 20 weeks pastdue. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason for them. They aren't on the same day

When a recurring event is setup within calendar, it shows up in Outlook today as an all day event. Is there a way to change it so that it shows up with a start time and end time.

Has anyone ever had a problem with meetings disapearing from Outlook with the user using a Blackberry PDA device. The meetings are scheduled and some randomly disapear. This does not happen to all of them.

My default reminder time is set to 15 minutes, and it works fine, EXCEPT if I select an all day event. In that case, it defaults to 18 hours. Is there a way to change this?
