We are sharing calendars via Net Folders on Oultook 2000.  It is working well but we have a couple issues we are trying to resolve.  
First:
On some users, we get the following message:
“A program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have stored in Outlook.  Do you want to allow ...

I have a public and a private calendar.  I want new
appointments in the public calendar to be automatically
added to my private calendar.  I am using Outlook 2002.  
Any help would be great!

Outlook calendar won't sync to palm, please help.

We have three Windows XP systems on a router. Each one has
Office XP and we use Outlook for email. We want to be able
to view each other's calender of appointments. How can we
set up a share for that? Also can we send a pop-up message

I have a similar problem on two different machines - both
HP/Compaq running OEM XP Pro SP1. One has XP office the
other has 2000 Office running. Do you have similar
hardware?

Just installed MS Office Service Release 1.  Now, Outlook
Today shows calendar appointments as "All Day Events" even
though they are not marked as such in the Calendar.  Any

I am trying to answer a question for my Mom who has
Outlook Express while I have Outlook and cannot seem to
help her.  She simply wants to change to a calendar view

When received invites the time shows correctly on the
subject line, however, in the body it shows an hour early.
When accepted it entered in the calendar an hour early.

The calendar shows bolded since there is an appointment scheduled, but it does not appear on the schedule.

Has anyone here ever heard of setting up a meeting and then the reminder of
the meeting showing up after the meeting started? My boss did it.. setup a
meeting for 2:30 - 3:00 and then the reminder for that meeting was received
at 3:03...It happened here and I was looking for some ...

I have a user who's calendar is bolded as if there is an appointment for that day, but the day is blank. If you go to use OWA all calendar information is there, even for today which the Outlook client could not see.
